Sock yarn blanket is progressing...
I thoroughly enjoy working on my sock yarn blanket. I did 55 squares so far, making them into big squares of 36 (yes, I know you only see 25, I decided to make them a bit bigger) that I will sew together later. I received leftover sock yarn form many people, is various colors. Where I have too much, I send them to others via Random Acts of Kindness on Ravelry. It's a great way to use us all these small bits!

That's going to be really lovely when it's finished. You're getting on a lot faster with that than I am with my Beekeeper's Quilt. I'll be lucky to have it finished by next winter never mind this one!
ReplyDeleteWel, thank you! I just love doing it. Do you have a pic of your BQ?
ReplyDeleteNot yet, as none of it is joined together. I thought I'd collect quite a few more hexipuffs first so I can plan some sort of colour sequence. It may just end up being random though.
ReplyDeleteYeah, mine is random. It doesn't seem to need my thinking :D
